When you are approached for an opportunity by The Barton Group, you can be assured that you are dealing with a professional search firm. We treat all information you share with us with the strictest confidentiality, and no resume is forwarded to a company without your approval. BGI will provide you with a detailed description for the position and a thorough background of our client's organizational dynamics and business strategies. It is not unusual that you may require our expertise to assist you in putting together your resume as many of our candidates are not in the market looking for a job and may not have one prepared. Next we will prepare you for your interview with our client. While you are going through the interviewing process, we follow-up and debrief you after each interview, providing any assistance or information you may need. We then discuss with you a risk to reward evaluation on the offer and represent you in salary and benefits negotiation. We will also coach you on how to resign and deal with counter-offers. BGI will keep in contact with you from time to time to find out how you get on with the new job. BGI strives to be here for you creating a long term relationship. We are your career partners. Unsolicited resumes addressed to BGI are classified and stored in a data base. Unless requested, we will not acknowledge receipt nor allot a time for interview.
